By using or accessing the Unphishable platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice to you.

2. Description of Unphishable Content

Unphishable is a purely public welfare security education tool, with no commercial profit motives. All content is intended solely for the dissemination of network security knowledge and technical learning exchanges.

The security technologies, vulnerability principles, and operational examples referenced in learning scenarios such as "Security Challenges" are designed exclusively for simulated educational purposes. Any related code, tools, or operational guidelines may only be used within the designated environment of Unphishable and are strictly prohibited from use in any illegal contexts or malicious attack activities.

3. For Personal and Non-Commercial Use Only

All intellectual property rights to the text, images, code, models, and other content on Unphishable belong to Unphishable platform or the respective rights holders. Unless otherwise agreed, the services provided are for your personal and non-commercial use only. 4. Disclaimer

In the course of learning or using Unphishable, you may be required to execute certain code or operational instructions. You assume all risks associated with these actions.

Unphishable provides only simulated educational scenarios and is not legally responsible for any direct or indirect losses (including but not limited to equipment damage, data loss, or privacy breaches) arising from your execution of code.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the technologies, tools, or vulnerability information acquired from Unphishable for any malicious purposes, such as illegal attacks, data theft, or disruption of computer information systems. Should you breach this commitment, you will bear all resulting legal responsibilities (including but not limited to civil, administrative, and criminal liabilities), and the platform will not be held liable. Additionally, if your malicious actions harm the interests of Unphishable, we reserve the right to pursue legal action against you.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services or materials on Unphishable (including but not limited to direct or indirect liabilities for data loss, loss of profits, or service interruptions). By using Unphishable, you understand and agree to this limitation of liability. If you do not accept this clause, we will not provide services to you.
